Do I need a primary care physician to request testing?
No. Laboratory testing and diagnostic imaging at Meridian are ordered by a clinician. If you do not have a primary care physician, you can start with Meridian Primary Care, and your clinician can order appropriate testing through Meridian Labs or Meridian Diagnostic Imaging.
Which location should I visit?
All Meridian locations are open Monday–Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Largo and Silver Spring offer Meridian’s medical services, and Upper Marlboro is dedicated to Meridian Behavioral Health. Call 301-627-3500 for help choosing.
Does Meridian accept insurance?
Coverage varies by plan and service. Please confirm your specific plan and coverage with the office before your visit.
Can medical and behavioral health care be coordinated?
Yes. With your authorization, Meridian Behavioral Health coordinates with Meridian Primary Care and other Meridian teams when a patient needs both medical and behavioral health support.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Use the online scheduling page or call 301-627-3500 for any Meridian location.
Where can I access my account or pay a bill?
Use the secure Patient Portal to access your account, and use Pay Your Bill to make a payment online. Both links appear at the top of every page.
